FREDERIC'S AND CO FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS LOYALTY CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. MEMBERSHIP



Only individuals may be Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits members. Any individual who wishes to become a member must agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


Members will be issued with a personalized Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits Loyalty Card or may download the App.


By joining the Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits Loyalty Club the member will be taken to:

  • have affirmed the agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • have given the consents in section 4.

Frederic’s may terminate Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits membership without notice and for any reason, including if the member:

  • fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions; or
  • supplies any misleading information or makes any misrepresentation to Frederic’s; or
  • abuses any privilege accorded to the member under the Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits programme; or
  • does not use his or her Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits card or app for a period of three months.

A member may, at any time, terminate his or hers Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits membership by giving written notice to Frederic’s.


Automatic Frederics loyalty club discount is only valid at Frederics Bar.



2. COLLECTING POINTS



Loyalty points will be recorded in a member’s point’s record for purchases by the member of qualifying goods. Points may also be recorded in a member’s point’s record in relation to promotional and incentive programmes.


Loyalty points can be recorded at Frederics, Meat and Liquor, Snug Lounge, Ms White and Itch Wine Bar.


A member must, in order to receive Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits points, notify the staff member that the transaction is a Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits transaction before the transaction is concluded.


The member must present their Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits card or app for the staff member to scan through the till terminal in order to gain loyalty points.


Any disputes about the Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits points balance must be notified to Frederic’s management as soon as practically reasonable. Frederic’s decision on any such dispute is final and binding.



3. REDEEMING POINTS



A member who has recorded sufficient points (3000) in his or her points record will be provided a $100 voucher to be used at Frederic's, Meat and Liquor, Ms White, Snug Lounge and Itch Wine Bar.


Vouchers can’t be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.


Vouchers must be used in full. No change given. Loyalty points can only be redeemed for the nominated reward vouchers. They cannot be redeemed for any other product or service.



4. PERSONAL INFORMATION



Information about members will be collected by Frederic’s and held at the Frederic’s Head Office. This information will be used by Frederic’s, and its agents, to provide services relating to the Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits membership programme including market research. Information from the database will also be used by Frederic’s for marketing purposes, planning and research. By providing your email address you are opting in to receive promotional material from Frederic’s via email. If, at any time, you wish this to cease, please email the address provided on the emails to let us know.


Each member consents to the collection and use of their personal and other information in the manner set out above and the disclosure of such information to Frederic’s agents for the purposes of operating the Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits Card membership programme.


Information about members will not be provided by Frederic’s to any person except as provided in this Section 4.


Members may, under the provisions of the Privacy Act 1993, request access to and correction of their personal information held by Frederic’s. These requests must be in writing or changed in the app.



5. GENERAL



The members Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits Card is not transferable and remains the property of Frederic’s.


Loyalty points, and any rights they confer, cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Points have no cash or monetary value.


Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from issue date.
Reward vouchers are only valid for 6 months from issue date.


Frederic’s may change, at any time and without prior notice, these Terms and Conditions or the redemption ratio. Frederic’s may make that change even if it has the effect of reducing or extinguishing the number or value of any existing or future points. Frederic’s will attempt to notify all members of any changes.


Frederic’s may also change, at any time and without prior notice, the goods which are qualifying goods and/or the number of points which members will receive for purchasing such goods and services.


Frederic’s may also change, at any time the businesses with vouchers can be redeemed or points can be accrued.


Frederic’s reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits at any time without prior notice.

Frederic’s is not liable for:

  • any delay in replacing a Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits ard or for any unauthorized use of a Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits Card;
  • for any failure of a member to notify the Frederic’s staff member that a transaction is a Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits transaction;
  • any failure to notify members of any changes in these Terms and Conditions, the redemption ratio, qualifying goods and/or the number of points which will be recorded for the purchase of qualifying goods;
  • the suspension and/or termination of the Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits Card Membership.


A notice shall be deemed to be given by Frederic’s to a member if it is posted, or emailed, to the address of the member appearing in the Frederic’s records.


In these Terms and Conditions Frederic’s means Haven Holdings Limited and Frederic’s and Co – Friends with Benefits Card Membership means those arrangements by which a member receives points by purchasing qualifying goods from Frederic’s and so qualifies for rewards under these Terms and Conditions.
